Photography Tour with Visiontour is a great opportunity to visit fascinated parts of Israel, get to know them, photograph and come back home with extraordinary images. Our team consists of people who sincerely love the country and make everything to show the best of it. We provide both with “how” and “what” during photography process: take you to possible events of a day and give different photographic tools through lectures, common discussions, constant feedback etc. This photo tour is limited to a maximum of 8 participants. It is mainly intended for people who has an interest in photography. While the emphasis will be on photography, this is also a cultural journey, which we believe will enhance your ability to capture the essence of Israel in your images. Group leader and photographer, Rami Kafarov, along with staff photographer and photo editor for the Associated Press (AP) Eitan Hess-Ashkenazi and local guides will take you to photo locations you wouldn't be able to access on your own.

We will use Jerusalem as a “base” from which we will travel and visit various fascinating places. Photo tour structured in such a way that everyone can find his subjects of interest, like landscapes, portraits, architecture etc. According to our itinerary we'll spend two full days in Jerusalem. On the first one we will have a guided tour, while another one will be dedicated to photographing. Our intention is to focus on the old city of Jerusalem - home to three of the world’s great religions. Next day we will travel to Bedouin camp and experience their culture. Our host is kindly offering an accommodation for a night. Next day we will travel to the one of the oldest Arab glass factories, which was established for 500 years ago. Is is not possible to visit Israel and without swim in an unique Dead Sea. During the day time, when sun is harsh, we will have a guided tour at UNESCO World Heritage site – Masada. It is a rugged natural fortress, of majestic beauty, in the Judaean Desert overlooking the Dead Sea. Then we will spend some time on one of the beaches of the Dead Sea and closer to the evening, when sun is more friendlier to photographers, move to a chosen forehand location to take pictures. Last day we will conclude our photo tour with a photo walk in Tel-Aviv and a dinner in a restaurant with projection and discussions about photographed material.
