Pre and Post Tour Expenses. We are not responsible for expenses incurred by participants in preparing for the tour (i.e., air and land tickets, visa/passport fees, equipment, medical expenses, individual transfers, etc.) or in returning from the tour. Medical and Travel Insurance. Participants must have medical insurance that is valid in France. Participants are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, loss and theft of baggage, and emergency repatriation. We are not responsible for these expenses.
Changes in Fees. Published fees are based on exchange rates and supplier fees in effect at the date the announcement of the tour schedule. We reserve the right to alter its fees at any time. If a group tour falls below the minimum paying participant requirement, the tour may be re-priced or canceled. In the later case, a full refund of all amounts paid to us will be made. Changes in Itinerary. We reserve the right to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in its judgment, conditions warrant, without consulting the participants. Participants have no right to any refund or other considerations in the event of these itinerary changes. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case a full refund of all amounts paid to us will be made.
Release of Liability. Participants are voluntarily participating in the tour with knowledge that it involves some inherent risk of delay, loss of or damage to property, illness, personal injury or death from dangers or conditions including, but not limited to, forces of nature, weather, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, theft, negligent action of others or their agencies, or methods of transport, accommodation and food service that may not be operated to standards common in a participant’s home country. In consideration of the benefits derived from the tour, participants voluntarily recognize and accept all such risks and dangers.
Fitness to Participate. Participants certify that they do not have any physical or other condition or disability that would create risks for them or other participants. The right is reserved to decline any person as a member of the tour, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time. Vision Tour and its suppliers take no responsibility for special arrangements or problems incurred by participants unable to participate in the planned activities.
Vision Tour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour or workshop. Should this occur, you will be entitled to book an alternative tour/holiday with us or a refund of all monies paid to Vision Tour. In any event you do not re-book another workshop/tour with Vision Tour, our liability shall be limited to the booking fee you previously paid to Vision Tour.
